"Break the depth" The moment where there is no more place to sink and the only thing left to do is to start again. The pause before the action. The empty space, the silence. The internal question after the break. The breath of air of a new beginning.

About me

Without fear there is no courage. Courage is being afraid and still launching yourself”

At a time when the image of women is being tested and reconstructed, the artist Sofia Franco decides to expose the naked female body, showing its fragility, representing the subtle, the hidden and the vulnerable as a constant in her work. Recognizing the latter as an act of courage. He creates a game between the figurative and the abstraction of his backgrounds, inviting the viewer to detach from the known and imagine a world with different points of view. The works show how women are involved in a chaotic exterior referring to external situations that one cannot control, wanting to focus on the ability to live and create from love beyond the context that we live.
